Building Maintenance Resort Operations Administrative Assistant
The Building Maintenance department at Massanutten is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support general administrative task. The right person should be able to work independently and in-group settings as well as have good communications skills. If you possess these qualities, do not wait and apply today. 100% Employee own!
The Administrative assistant primary functions are to assist the building maintenance operations management team with all administrative duties including meeting preparations, payroll, inventory control, month-end reporting, pricing, and other office functions. The ideal candidate will work independently and /or in groups setting and maintain confidential information. Must have office experience, able to multi-task, good team player, Microsoft programs knowledge and excellent customer service skills. Preferred skills include but are not limited to inventory control, basic resort knowledge and operations.

Days: Monday-Friday, weekends as needed

7:30am-4pm, overtime as needed
