Charter Aarrowcast, a leading iron foundry in Shawano, WI, is seeking a Melt Deck Operator to support our gray and ductile iron casting operations. In this on-site role, you will operate and monitor furnaces, charge and tap molten metal, and ensure proper chemistry, temperature, and pour quality. You will follow strict safety and PPE standards, perform basic equipment checks and housekeeping, and document heat and production data. Working in a hot, fast-paced environment, you’ll collaborate with maintenance, quality, and molding teams and contribute to continuous improvement in a stable, growth-focused manufacturing culture.
