Twin County Recovery Services is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide clinical supervision to social work staff.This is a flexible position that may be structured as part-time or contracted, depending on the candidate's availability and the needs of the agency.ResponsibilitiesProvide weekly clinical supervision to social work staffSupport clinical skill development, case conceptualization, documentation, boundaries, and ethical practiceProvide consultation regarding complex client situationsMaintain appropriate documentation of supervisionSupport staff in meeting professional, licensing, and agency expectationsCommunicate with agency leadership as needed regarding clinical or supervisory concernsQualificationsCurrent New York State LCSW license in good standingExperience providing clinical supervisionStrong clinical assessment and case consultation skillsExperience in behavioral health and/or substance use treatment preferredFamiliarity with New York State professional requirements and standards of practiceScheduleThis is a part-time, flexible opportunity primarily focused on providing weekly clinical supervision. Hours may vary based on agency needs and the number of staff requiring supervision.This may be an excellent opportunity for an experienced LCSW in private practice or another clinical position who is interested in adding clinical supervision hours to their schedule.Compensation: Competitive hourly or contract rate based on experience and arrangement.
