Job Title: Personal Assistant / Home Office Assistant
Location: Scarsdale, NY (and nearby surrounding area within 2 miles)
Schedule: Part-Time (20–25 hours per week, Monday–Friday)
Compensation: $30 – $45 / hour (commensurate with experience)

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and flexible Personal Assistant to manage dynamic home office operations and daily family logistics for a busy household in Scarsdale, NY. The principal travels frequently (at least 3 days per week) and works alongside a Chief of Staff, making clear communication, initiative, and administrative coordination essential.
This position is ideal for someone dependable, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats—from administrative support and errand running to light personal assistance. We offer a laid-back, welcoming environment with a principal who values clarity, order, and mutual respect.
Calendar & Schedule Coordination: Draft and maintain initial schedules for the principal, seamlessly transferring items to the Chief of Staff.
Organization & Workflow Support: Help keep the principal organized across changing daily priorities and frequent travel itineraries.
Mail & Logistics: Handle incoming/outgoing mail, package preparation, shipping label printing, and routine runs to the post office or delivery hubs.
Daily Errands: Perform routine pickups and drop-offs, coffee runs, dry cleaning and local office/household errands.
Occasional Household / Child Support: Must be comfortable and at ease around children (2 kids in the household). Occasional babysitting support on an as-needed basis is a major plus.
Total Hours: 20–25 hours per week (Monday through Friday).
Work Hours: Flexibility required. Start times vary, but generally no earlier than 8:00 AM (exact schedule to be coordinated mutually).
Local Candidate: Must reside in or near Scarsdale, NY, with a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license for local errands.
Administrative Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and comfort managing calendars and basic administrative tasks.
Child-Friendly: Warm, comfortable around children, and capable of light supervision/babysitting if needed.
Personality & Demeanor: Adaptable, trustworthy, proactive, and capable of working smoothly with both the principal and the Chief of Staff.
Availability: Ready to start immediately.
