Learn more about CBW at Multiple schedules available.Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday at 2:00 PMSunday - Thursday at 2:00 PMCompensation: $18.50/hourPosition Summary: Efficiently and accurately move orders using computer assisted instructions in a continuous put away and picking environment.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Use computer touch screens to monitor select, confirm and adjust product for put away, picking and counting. Enter product numbers into a computer screen using a computer keyboard.Verify and scan products at a stationary workstation using a handheld scanner.Adjust put away bin quantities using a computer touch screen.Generate, scan and apply labels to order totes used for picking.Pick and pack products from a replenishment bin into an order tote.Confirm orders into pick to light stations.Verify replenishment bin inventory as required from computer screens. Fulfill pick orders at a continuous rate of production.Open and empty product boxes into put away bins. Monitor and report pick and put away station system stops and errors.Replenish pick station label machines as required.Generate, read and use automated printer labels. Use basic troubleshooting process to resolve printer errors.Perform cycle count using a continuous cycle count from a computer workstation.Rotate product.Secure and stack totes for picking and storage.Perform cleaning function to maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards.Working in an environment with varying temperatures (non-climate-controlled warehouse, cooler, or freezer work areas)Qualifications:Team playerCustomer focusedSafety-conscious with demonstrated safe working habitsHighly dependable with a strong work historyHigh school diploma or equivalentReliable transportation to and from Cooper-Booth WholesaleAbility to lift, pull, push, stack, and carry items up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basisAbility to move around three levels of a mezzanine and a 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse throughout duration of shiftComfortable working in an upbeat, fast-paced environmentEnjoys tasks that are repetitive in natureDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracyAbility to perform tasks at a high rate of productionLanguage skills required: Fluent knowledge of the English language; including the ability to read and interpret written information and speak and understand verbal communicationBasic computer literacyBenefits:Complete medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and accident insurances starting the first of the month following 60-days of employment. 401(k) after 6 months with 2% employer match.Paid Time Off (PTO); starting at 80 hours your first year.Paid HolidaysEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) and other mental health benefits available!Ability to purchase products from the warehouse at wholesale price.
