Project Overview
An electric utility is developing an AI/ML-based predictive solution to assess the probability of safety incidents involving field crews during power restoration assignments, particularly during outages and severe weather events.
The solution will analyze historical incident data, operational conditions, environmental factors, geographical information, and crew-related data to identify high-risk assignments and enable proactive safety measures before crews are deployed.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world business problems.
Build Computer Vision solutions for image and video analysis.
Develop GenAI, LLM, and RAG-based applications.
Implement agentic AI workflows with tool integration, orchestration, and automated processes.
Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns and predict safety risks.
Improve model accuracy, reliability, scalability, and performance.
Develop prototypes and transition successful solutions into production.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver practical AI-driven solutions.
Candidate Requirements
Strong hands-on experience in Data Science, AI, and ML.
Expertise in Python, Computer Vision, GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with production AI/ML solutions, cloud platforms, and MLOps is preferred.
